Ballistic helmets are generally designed for different operational requirements (i.e. purpose, environmental conditions, ergonomics, weight etc) and threat protections accompanied by many different types of optional accessories etc.

Envostar Helmets adhere to MIL – STD 662F and NIJ 0106.01 – the standard of body armour which is applied in the US military. In addition, our helmets are also compliant to stringent specifications stipulated in CO-PD 05-04 / AR-PD 10-02.

Envo PASGT

Envo PASGT helmet

Envo PASGT (Personnel Armor System for Ground Troops) is a traditional ballistic helmet designed mainly for Law Enforcement, Special Forces and SWAT personnel. Utilizing cutting-edge, composite, hybridized Aramid and UHMWPE; the Envo PASGT helmet is up to 25% lighter than the US Army PASGT system while keeping the key feature of a lip over the brow of the helmet as well as the main functions of ballistic and fragmentation protection. The PASGT helmet has the option of adding Picatinny Rails, Shrouds, Envo Dial Adjustment Retention System, and Helmet cover; which are used to extend the functions as well as effectively support users’ purpose for mounting helmet accessories and camouflage.

Envo Advanced Combat Helmet (ACH)

Being the developed version of Envo PASGT, Envo Advanced Combat Helmet eliminates the lips featured of PASGT to improve the upward visibility, and the raising of side brim makes the brim line look flatter than the upward curve of PASGT. Like Envo PASGT, Envo ACH uses ballistic fibre – Aramid and/or UHMWPE to reduce the weight up to 25% compared with US Army ACH system, and the higher stringent quality standard to meet high ballistic and impact head protection. The Envo ACH has the option of adding Picatinny Rails, Shrouds, Envo Dial Adjustment Retention System, and Helmet cover, which are used to extend the functions as well as effectively support users’ purpose for mounting helmet accessories and camouflage. Besides, the Envo ACH can also come with a Velcro Kit which allows quick and easy attachment and detachment of head borne accessories.

Envo Tactical High Cut (HC)

Envostar Tactical High Cut is known as the next version of Envo ACH helmet, therefore, it inherits all the outstanding features of Envo ACH helmet, from the stringent quality standard to the lighter weight. Additionally, it is updated to meet the requirements of communication purposes with a wider ear cut. This design is created for users using communication devices during tactical operation such as the TCAPS devices (tactical and communications protective system). The Envo Tactical High Cut Helmet has the option of adding Picatinny Rails, Shrouds, Envo Dial Adjustment Retention System, and Helmet cover, which are used to extend the functions as well as effectively support users’ purpose for mounting helmet accessories and camouflage. In addition, the Envo Tactical HC can also come with a Velcro Kit which allows quick and easy attachment and detachment of head borne accessories.

Envo RHINO

Envo Rhino Helmet

Envo Rhino Helmet which is considered as a leading helmet for new standards in comfort, protection and modularity. Applying the overlapping shell design to create an integrated vent, Rhino has a capacity of passive cooling while reducing explosive blast waves damage. Envo Rhino Helmet is designed to cut down the head borne weight while still protecting users from common fragment threats. The Envo Rhino Helmet is also designed with careful selection of the use of hybrid materials to avoid the hazard of secondary fragmentation. The Envo Rhino has the option of adding Picatinny Rails, Shrouds, Envo Dial Adjustment Retention System, and Helmet cover, which are used to extend the functions as well as effectively support users’ purpose for mounting helmet accessories and camouflage.
